End to end this was a great experience. I had some questions about the product before purchase and the website chat worked great. My order went through seamlessly. The shipment was fast and we packaged. Assembly was easy. I had one issue with the BT audio, they gave me some test steps then shipped out a replacement quickly. I love the sauna and use it several times a week.
