We’re very happy thus far with the sauna we bought. The customer care specialist Jessica B. did a marvelous job keep us updated on the shipping of the product, helping us when we got a little stuck with assembly, and sending us all pertinent information by email. The product itself caught us off guard. When we initially sat in it, it didn’t feel hot, but boy after a few minutes the sweat starts running. Overall would recommend!
