Delivery to our house was not easy but it was handled well and with care. We live in the country on an oil top road with a narrow gravel drive so the 18 wheeler truck couldn't pull into our drive way. The driver made sure it was handled well and put in the extra effort manually along with my husband. We love our sauna!!! So far so great!

The sauna is great!! The floor could be a little stronger but overall great product! Shipping was awesome and it was delivered a couple of weeks earlier than expected! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who likes to relax in the heat!

The sauna was super easy to set up, only took me less than two hours, and I enjoy it 3 to 4 times a week.
