The sauna arrived without any issues and was not damaged at all. Assembly was straightforward with good instructions. Quality is good and my family and I are loving it. Perfect way to end a long day.

Excellent purchase experience. Seamless team worked diligently to meet my delivery needs. Phone was answered every time with every question answered thoroughly and by incredibly knowledgeable people. So helpful when called repeatedly during the building phase. Took me a few hours solo. I am loving the sauna. Heat is different but I am seeing positive physical changes after few uses. I love my sauna. Ordering, delivery, and assembly were all a breeze. Instructions for every step were clear, even using the sauna was thoroughly covered.

The entire process has been great. Sauna works great and built good quality products. There was some struggle w/ assembly but nothing too bad. Takes about 2 hours to put together. Great product at a good price.

Very easy to order online, we opted to pick up ourselves and set up. Set up is definitely a two person job (took about 1.5 hours). Quality I am very happy with 4.5/5. The only dislike was the securement method for the bench seat top. But maybe it was just me! Looks very nice in my guest room. I usually heat for 15 min and it’s good to go. Definitely give it a chance before deciding it doesn’t work for you. It takes about 4 sessions for your body to react with pouring sweat & be HYDRATED. Hydration definitely helps with the sweating process. Customer service was awesome to schedule pick up. We have not needed to communicate since.
