Very easy to order online, we opted to pick up ourselves and set up. Set up is definitely a two person job (took about 1.5 hours). Quality I am very happy with 4.5/5. The only dislike was the securement method for the bench seat top. But maybe it was just me! Looks very nice in my guest room. I usually heat for 15 min and it’s good to go. Definitely give it a chance before deciding it doesn’t work for you. It takes about 4 sessions for your body to react with pouring sweat & be HYDRATED. Hydration definitely helps with the sweating process. Customer service was awesome to schedule pick up. We have not needed to communicate since.

Love my new tosi full spectrum cedar sauna. It is very well built and easy to assemble. It has become part of my daily routine and feel great. April was very helpful in answering all my questions prior and after ordering.

I bought the Tosi 2 person full spectrum sauna with the back and neck rest. Shipping was very quick!! It was pretty easy to put together. The only issue I have is that the wood is really thin and flimsy, when I open the door I have to hold beside the door so the whole thing doesn't shake. Other than that, I love the sauna!! I tested the temperature and the EMFs and it does actually get to 140 degrees (a lot of people complain about their saunas not reaching that temp but this one does) and the EMFs are low. Mine read less than 1mg (around .84 - .9 give or take a little), which I think is good. I love sitting in it, listening to my music through the blue tooth with the red lights and the chromotherapy bulb, it's very relaxing!! The remote to turn off the light bulb stopped working a couple of times, I changed the batteries and that did not fix it; eventually it turned the bulb off so I'm not exactly sure what's going on. Hopefully it continues to work, otherwise I'll find out about exchanging it. You definitely want the back and neck rest or you'll have to sit straight up, which isn't as enjoyable. I also put towels down on the bench and floor to catch the sweat; I'd rather it not get on the wood. I know there are other saunas out there that are more sturdy and offer more options (and are much more expensive) but I'm really enjoying the Tosi 2 person full spectrum sauna that I have and I think it's definitely worth the price!!
