The 101 device works well and seems to be effective. Installation was not simple, but Technical Assistance was very helpful. Plumber installation recommended.

I reached out to the company during closed business hours. I still was connected to a young lady that pleasantly notified me that it was outside business hours, but kindly answered my question and walked me through the steps to place my correct order online.

The Aquaphor device seems to be very good. The water tastes good and I am confident in the filtering. Installation was difficult and we needed several calls, but the technician was pleasant and helpful. The second time it was installed by a plumber and that went smoothly. The AOK 909 that I had previously was a short-term product, but IntelGadgets help offset that purchase and inability to get a replacement cartridge. Seems like a company that cares!
