Parcel force rubbish not received my product.

KNOCK-OFF PRODUCT

I bought this and followed the instructions completely and it was bending over. I contacted them to ask for a refund and send the product back. I have been told there is no fault and that I didn't follow the instructions properly. I would strongly discourage people from buying this. First reason is because the product itself is not worth it and secondly, the customer service from Hyfive is shocking at best.
