Good not deliver as what they had promised. Very very disappointed, already more than 2 weeks and I still not yet receive the items.....!!

Places my order on the 27/11 still waiting for shipment to be delivered, tracking number doesn’t work on royal mail website. Emailed the company on the 2/12 for an update and I’m still waiting for a reply. Poor customer service poor communication let’s hope a bad review gets me some answers before I ring my bank to get a refund.
