The shipping is fantastic! I return 2 items on the stainless steel cookware that had scratches on them. No worries there! Customer service is great! Hestan is a 5 star Plus!! I have spent around $5000. 00 in 5 weeks! They need to offer more perks!! Maybe that's a good thing!! Lol!

The Ordering process was very simple. I got 2 sets. The shipping via UPS was very quick - received the shipment delivery in tact, not damaged, and within a week or so after placing the order.
