I was skeptical about the tool set leaving scratches in stainless steel pans. So before my purchase I reached out to Hestan and they replied that they wouldn’t scratch my pans. So, I bought the chef tools and they were just like they said. They have not left any scratches in my pans. I love the way they look hanging above my stove. Now I’m getting excited to buy some more pans and other products from them.
