My original order arrived damaged (by the shipping company), but Fully sent a replacement straight away! They sent it to an old address from when I bought my desk years ago (instead of the address used for the most recent order), but it was only a minor inconvenience.

Great filing cabinet! We previously purchased 2 of their desks and 2 of their filing cabinets. This cabinet, like the other products was great! It is pricey, but comes assembled and is solid! Highly recommend. Blessings...Chuck
