Very easy to order and customize online, and it arrived quickly. Had a little trouble getting the hand-crank installed, but after a second try and a quick call to customer service, got it working. Customer service hopped on a Zoom call with me to help figure it out, and they were fantastic! It did take a couple hours to get everything setup though. But the install video + instructions are excellent. The desk itself is 60inches wide, which I thought might be too wide, but it's perfect for a monitor, laptop, and a small desktop computer. Love this desk! Super solid and looks awesome.
