Fraser Hill Farm

Trees are not as tall or thick as advertised even with all branches fully extended. When we called costumer service the woman was extremely rude and argumentative when I explained we wanted to exchange for the taller version since the size wasn’t accurate on the website. We gave up and emailed and they seemed to be more willing to work with us that way, told us to return their trees and submit a new order for taller version. Of course the second order wouldn’t qualify for the new customer discount. We shipped the other two trees back and still have not received a refund even though we packaged them perfectly and have proof of delivery. Extremely dissatisfied with the whole experience and wish we had ordered elsewhere.

Fraser Hill refused a refund on a crawling witch. The voice on the witch sounds like a woman having an orgasm. When I called to complain, Fraser Hill declined to help as I had opened the box. Very disappointed. Wasted $60.

Fraser hill farm I desperately want to love you guys however I have ordered 3 things from you this Halloween season. The first 2 items I ordered had missing pieces to them one being a metal base stand that’s pretty large for my prop then another piece to the stand that was not even put on the prop to make it stand wasn’t on it. You eventually made it right and sent me the pieces. However mr whoever is packing these items need to a better job checking on these things. Will never order from this company again. Refund process taken months , but they took my money in a day.
