Sent an email regarding an issue with discount at checkout and never got a reply back from anyone

Way too many emails and then you offer discounts but your prices are set so you can't get the discount because you have pretty much everything on a supposed sale to begin with. Deceptive.

Customer service was the worst ever!

Not happy this was a bad product.
