I received my order promptly but the tree didn’t meet my expectations. Customer service said they’d provide return instructions but 6 days later no email.

Received damaged product.. very rude and unpleasant customer service experience while calling to address the issue. Quality of product awful as well . Will not order from this company ever again.

I vought two items and both work for a few minutes and one broke the other have trouble with speakers and just won't work

Can't get an item delivered! Sorry service.
