Excellent shipping and nice discount code. Recommend wearing GLOVES when arranging the tree as it is sharp. Little Children and pets shouldn't be around then. Also, it's not worth the price considering it's made in China.

When my 86 yr old mother purchased the tree a section of the tree lights didn’t work. She called and spoke to someone who told her to send in an email the issue with a picture. She did this and never heard a response.

Arrived damaged, to no fault of Frasier Hill Farm. Emailed pictures and request for a partial refund to reduce costs of return shipping and re-shipping of new product on November 28. As of December 12 and a follow up email, still no response.

Arrived in a non descript cardboard box. Rolled up in a ball. I should have known them to just return it. It stayed inflated for maybe two days before it would go limp and now is completely broken. So disappointed
