My initial order came in lightening speed; unfortunately a small 4oz bottle was shipped instead of the large one. Then after one use on a boot the stretcher stopped working. However Kuddoes to Michael, your customer service rep who came to the rescue in both cases. Ever the professional he quickly corrected both problems. Without Michael this could have been a "show stopper for repeat orders." It was a pleasure working with him through both events and I would gladly work with him in the future. He saved the day for Footfitters.

Unfortunately the mechanism jammed after the second use. Waiting to hear from customer service about return. Worked great when it worked.

The website is easy to navigate but lots of the products are out of stock. I’ve always relied on FootFitter to help me take care of my shoes so I was greatly disappointed when I could not buy the items on my list.

The shopping, ordering, and quick recieval of my item was great. Unfortunately my item was broken. One of the bolts/rivets had sheered.

One of the polishes was cracked when I received it.
