My item arrived broken! I am still waiting for the replacement!!

I emailed you that the stretch spray wasn’t closed and soaked the packaging and made a big mess, but I didn’t receive any response at all.

After placing my order we received an e-mail confirming the order. In that email I was informed an email would be sent when order was shipped. I never received that email. The item was ordered on the 12th of January and was not delivered until the 22nd. I sent an email asking what the status of my order was and never received any reply. Product quality is great but item was received late.

I was excited to get the ultimate brush set. However, there was a huge amount of shed from the large brushes. I swept a couple of times and have still been finding brush hair consistently for days later. I am concerned about longevity of the product. I contacted support, they replied with a question. But it’s been 9 days since I responded with nothing back from them. I’m considering returning and waiting for the Kirby Allison comparable set to come back into stock, but I worry about FF dinging me for shipping and re-stocking. I’d feel a lot better if I had some reassurance from FF that the product will last and that I will have value from my purchase.

I used it once and the threads are flat and will not move. They use poor quality soft metal for their parts.
