Expensive!

Helpful YouTube video brought me to Footfitter. The online checkout process was efficient. However, the product has a long crack in the wood I am concerned may progress. Currently debating on sending back.

My item came in about 6 days. Great boot streacher

My shopping experience was good. The only downfall was that when my shoe fitter was delivered I opened it to find the tip of it busted off. Since i didn't need that part of it, I didn't want to go thru the hassle of returning and waiting for a new one. Plus I needed it right away. I would definitely purchase items again in the future. Thank you
