Items that I was looking for like the cowboy boot stretcher were out of stock and have been out of stock for quite some time very disappointing

Easy buy. The quality of the metal hardware is not quality, I had to disassemble hardware inside wooden foot blocks and tap and die the threads,it seems better time will tell. I do like the product otherwise

I used a sock to cover the boot stretcher and saturated it with the Boot stretcher oil. It is just glycerin. Soak the sock with the softener, and then wipe the inside completely with your hand, and the outside. Then put the soaked sock on the stretcher and follow the instructions.

I just starting to use it, I already feel big difference.

Great product delivered quickly. It doesn't get much better.
