I used this stretcher twice and the handle broke off. Lasted 2 days. Seems like a waste of money.

I was glad to find this item I kind.

When I ordered the shoe stretchers I was told that I would get a tracking number when shipped out so I can make sure I was home for delivery. I did not get tracking. The stretchers came in a timely manner and they did a great job. They also are excellent quality.

With EE width feet and not many EE width boots or shoes unless with a special order, I’ve made all my medium and D’s EE’s with FootFitter boot and shoe stretchers. The only problem is I’ve had is my fault. I stripped the inside threads of the cross part of the boot stretcher out by over tightening. Would it be possible to get this part so I can fix it?

Well made item. Website confusing. I made a complaint that was addressed, but you should allow review of order before it's processed.
