Service was great and stretcher is made well and works well

I find the way to connect the toe stretcher a bit in adequate. The metal of the hook is very soft.

I ordered a tortoiseshell knob handle but received a wooden horse handle. Shoe horn is good quality and works great.

If you need this product for a construction style boot just purchase a larger size boot. For stylish woman's boots, thinner leather its great.
