This is the first time that I’ve purchased anything from this company. The plastic stability caps on my folding chair had broken and fallen off. I didn’t want to replace the chair just for a piece of plastic. I located this company on the internet and they had the part. It was only a few cents. I was not a big spender but I was still treated like a king and had the parts in a few days. This company handled my tiny order in a very professional way.
