Several companies we have been dealing with have apparently gone back to the basics of good service & communication. Great business practices make for repeat customers.

I ordered the serpentine table with bar top riser. The first attempted delivery was lost by the trucking company, found a week later and delivered pretty much destroyed. I called Jennifer in customer service and after sincerely apologizing (not her fault) she had a new one immediately sent out to me. I'm sure I'll enjoy my bar. Jennifer was a pleasure to deal with.

It fit our chair legs perfectly. Solid construction.

I placed my order on a Saturday. I had the parts on Tuesday. I was very happy with the service provided. I would have preferred to buy the item chair feet in a store but they were not available. I had no choice but to shop online.
