I purchased 12 filters, which came in two boxes. One of the boxes of six filters was crushed in shipping. I sent photos of the damaged filters and received a reply in very short order. My filters were replaced, post-haste, and an additional box of six filters was sent in addition to the ones that replaced the damaged filters. Thank you for a quick response to my situation. I was not expecting additional filters, and I would be happy to pay for the extra filters if you will tell me how I can do that...
