Factory Direct Filters

Through no fault of Factory Direct, I got the wrong size filter. However, FD made it easy to return the filters, get a refund, and purchase the correct size filters. The new filters arrived promptly and fit fine. Thank you, customer service, for making it easy to fix the problem (something I don't often have occasion to say!).

My first order for this year was damage beyond you when it arrived. A quick call to customer service and a new shipment was sent the very next day. Filter prices are great and customer service is super.

Ordering was easy, fairly priced and quick delivery. Only other thing I would suggest is being able to put in delivery instructions because I'm in a business with a gate and I wasn't able to put the gate code for the deliver to enter.

Shipping was perfect and item was delivered on time.
