Very comfortable ,a good medium to firm feel .Bought for my teenage sons who report Their sleep has been better, they sleep for longer and they wake up feeling refreshed.

Slightly longer delivery period than stated but in the current times it is now to be expected. More communication and updates would of been appreciated. The delivery van was pretty old and the outer of the box was pretty dirty! This is an area that could be improved as bear in mind superking size is heavy so the box is most definitely going to come into contact with your floor The mattress itself is very nice so far and I image will only improve as it "beds" in. Also purchased the bedding which is also very nice. Overall very pleased.

Our replacement mattress has met with our expectations. The quality is excellent, it was reasonably priced and delivered promptly. We were also pleased with the collection and disposal of our old mattress.

Product is amazing - better than my Emma mattress that I bought at the same time. Packaging was not as good though - no manual / care guide, and the Emma had a nicer external box, nicer internal plastic and packaging, and an envelope with a tool to cut the plastic safely and a care guide. Delivery times were long as well.

Brilliant service. Love the mattress - it's so comfortable and feels super supportive of my often-sore back and is great for temperature regulation. Thank you!
