The process of ordering and delivery of the mattress was seamless and made very easy by Eve. The website is clear and easy to use and has good product differentiation or help you choose. They communicated really well at all points so I knew exactly what was being delivered when and everything arrived in perfect condition as the products are well packaged. I have found the mattress much firmer than expected, when I called customer service they were extremely helpful and asked that I keep going for approx. 30 days as the mattress should ‘bed in’, and he assured me that this would not effect the 100 day guarantee. It definitely seems to be getting better! I am very happy with the service I have received and would recommend Eve products.

The shipping was simple, clear communication and a message the day before delivery advising time. On the day there was a courtesy call mins before! Easy!!!!

Great nights sleep and no back pain! I was skeptical about a foam mattress as I had one years ago and was too soft. The technology has obviously moved on from them, as the Eve light mattress is the most comfortable but supportive mattress I have ever had! I used to get hip pain as a side sleeper but no more! Great quick delivery and great value. Definitely recommend

Bought the lite version of the hybrid. Delivery much quicker than anticipated. Having given the mattress overnight to settle we tried it the following day and have been extremely pleased. Very comfortable even for backs that are used to waking with pain. I sleep on my back and my wife on her side or front. Both of us find the mattress extremely comfortable. So, a great product at a great price. Will probably buy another!
