Don’t want to discribe in words

Products are nice but the website has issues. When you click on add to cart, cart is empty when you check out. Hard to find products you look for.

I never received the product and received no updates as to its status. A bad experience, I'd say,

Very disappointed with instructions. they were not tested with real users -

Terrible. No one responded to my email and the customer service person on the phone had no actual knowledge of the product. They passed me off to email communication within minutes and, again, no one responded. I will be returning this product ASAP
