This item is no longer needed. I am having trouble receiving a response from the company about a return.

We spent money but, never receive the product.

We bought this and never received shipping confirmation. Ergotron said that it was delivered to us but, never sent us shipping info to back up their claim.

returns are impossible.

I am at 2 weeks and multiple correspondence of how to return the item...still not sure what to do next.
