Never gonna buy anything from here ever again

Support encouraged me to buy the the wrong product. when I got it in and tried, I had to disassemble my desk and it didn’t fit and then y’all would not take the return because it was open

Ordering the product went well, after the fact support is terrible.

I ended up not needed the item. never opened however, customer service is terrible. Took 3 days for them to respond to my return request. I have not heard back from support, my order was returned and now I cannot get in contact with support.

I was told I would get return ups label sent via email weeks ago and have enquirer three times on status with no response.
