Products are nice but the website has issues. When you click on add to cart, cart is empty when you check out. Hard to find products you look for.

Very disappointed with instructions. they were not tested with real users -

Terrible. No one responded to my email and the customer service person on the phone had no actual knowledge of the product. They passed me off to email communication within minutes and, again, no one responded. I will be returning this product ASAP

Awful. I ordered 2 and a half weeks ago the ergotron HX monitor arm and the package has never arrived. Based on a picture that they took they say it was delivered. No signature, no nothing. “It was delivered” very dissatisfied. My money that I put into this went to trash. Be aware.

I had to go through too many problems with the product.
