The grommet mount adapter didn't ship with the monitor arm and it wasn't a seamless experience to find out that I needed to order it separately, and where to order it.

Customer Service and Support was super nice. They helped me get all the part numbers I needed for one arm and a part for an extension bracket place. My order went great. My order showed up and one part was missing called during business hours, but couldn’t get through to anybody and it said your offices were closed on the following Monday. They said the warehouse had shut down and parts weren’t gonna ship out for two weeks, what a hassle and now I’m trying to cancel the order and nobody’s even returning me an email

Only way to order was online -- not with a representative

Terrible shipping and delivery experience.
