Customer service was lacking.

Arm is fantastic. Grommet mount worked as expected. 3 stars as I assumed the grommet mount came with the arm... was disappointed I had to order it separately for additional cost.

The grommet mount adapter didn't ship with the monitor arm and it wasn't a seamless experience to find out that I needed to order it separately, and where to order it.

Only way to order was online -- not with a representative
