I spent a long time researching wall mount monitor arms, and decided to get this as a high-end option. These are fine, but not worth the price. I wouldn’t purchase these again or suggest them to friends or family.

Pricey but works. The set screw track doesn't allow for 90° rotation which is a shame

never got a chance to talk to anyone about the item

Customer service was lacking.

Arm is fantastic. Grommet mount worked as expected. 3 stars as I assumed the grommet mount came with the arm... was disappointed I had to order it separately for additional cost.
