Unknown what the response will be to quality issues.

Awful delivery experience. I was assigned a delivery date that I couldn’t make because we were traveling and was told that the new date would have to be 1-2 weeks after the initial date. It’s been 2 weeks and I have yet to receive a new date. I followed up about it just to be told I don’t have a new delivery date yet and that I will get one “soon”. That was days ago. This is my first purchase with this company and probably my last. I shop frequently with your competitors and have never experienced a delivery like this.

Return service was very difficult and still have not received my refund. So annoying.
