I’ve communicated this to your company twice already but I still have not received the dresser. The shipping company keeps telling me they can’t get a hold of their warehouse so they don’t know what’s going on. They’re only recommendation to me is to just keep calling back. They told me it’s been escalated to their supervisor three times already and that they don’t really know what to do. I’ve let your team know this as well but have not heard a reply. I am very frustrated that you have my money but no one seems interested in making sure that I receive the product.
