After 3 months I’m still waiting to receive my order

I only received part of order

Shipping was really annoying it was scheduled for a Friday but they were 3 hours behind and told me i could wait to see if it would be delivered by 8pm but no garuntee, or I can reschedule. My time range given was 9am-4pm mind you. Really frustrating.
