EQ3 US (EN)

The nightstands were covered in what looked to be fiberglass pieces. For the first few days I was under the impression that’s what they were and it was quite distressing. They ended up just being strands of styrofoam from the hot wire cutting process. Glad it wasn’t fiberglass but that was a terrible choice in packaging as it got all over our house and had us coughing for days. The nightstands are beautiful but the wood is not fully sanded in a lot of places (the insides of the cubby holes, the legs, the support bar, etc). Seems to be a cost cutting measure as this is on both the nightstands. For the price, I expected more quality. Will not be purchasing from EQ3 again.

The assembly team was kind and efficient, the company who sells the actual bed has the worst customer service imaginable. The quality of the bed is cheap and cake broken. The bed cost me over $3000 dollars, worst purchase of my entire life.

Worst shipping I've ever experienced. Took the day off work for the appointment, company never showed up, never called, impossible to get a hold of anyone who can help, and the new appointment is multiple weeks out.

I called many times for any coupon on this overpriced table. Got nothing!
