Good shipping bad product

Poor communication and delivery experience

Service was terrible; no one returned a message requesting assistance with the installation.

After the product arrived at the shippers location, their next available delivery time was over a month away. I still do not have my product. Very dissatisfied.

Customer service was not helpful with my issues and simply told me I would have to repurchase the defective lamp and offered no way to fix it.
