long wait time. delivery system and store not in communication. Store says product is shipped, after 3 weeks I finally contacted the shipping provider to understand why such delay in shipping. They told me there are missing pieces and they will not ship until they dont get entire order. But for EQ3 the order is complete. Complete nightmare. And this is thousands of dollars we are talking about.

Very bad customer support. Will buy elsewhere in the future.

Arrived broken. Never got any response on how to return or exchange it.

Took 15 weeks and arrived damaged. So far 4 weeks and still waiting on the promised repair!

Shipping prices to return other items were ridiculous. Will not bother to shop online with you again
