I’ve had better experiences. But for this one please have people reach out sooner with a tracking number. They should also respond when I ask them a question, rather than just sending over the tracking and date

I loved the style of

I loved the style of the cart but I was disappointed by the construction of the leg. I can tell the overall quality is great, but that one area ruined the look of it for me.

More than anything we are

More than anything we are frustrated with the 100$ shipping fee for such a small package, and the fact that it is not returned when a product is not what expected (still think the product page is misleading, although we clearly should have been more careful before pulling the trigger), especially for a 400$ product, which means 25% lost on shipping.. The customer service team was responsive but offered very little help, even when we considered solving the problem by buying two more shelves. Wish you would offer a better return policy for these standard size & cost products.

Shipping was kind of a

Shipping was kind of a "black box" - no estimated time, and scheduling delivery was a bit clunky (I didn't even know someone would call to schedule delivery, so it took a few calls for me to realize it wasn't spam).
