The plate arrived broken. It was not properly wrapped, and this was already a replacement of another piece late that arrived broken. So disappointing.

I ordered two items that

I ordered two items that were "in stock" on Nov. 9 (table and bench). It is now 1/5/25 and they haven't arrived. Furthermore, there is no tracking information on where it is, and the receiving shipping partner (RXO) has not received it either. The company has been responsive to my inquiries but the complete lack of detail (they can confirm it has shipped, but not where it is) is maddening. How can large freight items of this cost have no tracking detail? I have purchased from EQ3 many times before but I feel less willing to do so in the future - I chose this dining set to match my Kacia coffee and side tables.

Awful, see my review. I

Awful, see my review. I hoped it wouldn't actually take 6 weeks to send me a bunch of pieces I'd need to assemble myself but here we are, 7 weeks tomorrow. Still no product I paid for. Very disappointed with this situation. DOo yourself a favor as a company & drop RXO as a delivery company.
