Products are excellent quality, in store staff are great, corporate customer service is reluctant, and delivery is average at best.

Great and stylish bed frame. Terrible delivery and assembly experience. Check who the deliver/assembly vendor is for your area, in my case XPO delivered all the boxes one day and took 5 weeks to reschedule assembly, so piles of boxes were just sitting in my bedroom for weeks. Would not purchase again knowing that XPO was the deliver/assembly vendor
