The Cello Bed was damaged in shipping when delivered.

I paid for the white glove service and both shelves are now wobbly and we have little kids

Asked for a replacement power brick. Customer service got back promptly but gave me the run-around asking for videos etc. Need a new power brick for this lamp.

I received the dining table and immediately noticed that the gaps at the legs were irregular. I reported this to the quality assurance team, and they notified me this was off. We’re in the process of rectifying the issue, but it’s a pretty large inconvenience at the moment.

Very heavy table. Pretty but heavy and the shipping company doesn't help bring it to your door
