Shipping took a little longer than expected especially after paying $20 for the ship fee, but it arrived in perfect condition and I love my new lamp. Worth the wait and cost!

Lack of communication. If I didn't call to see where it was, item never would have been delivered.

The shelves are great! But this was the second time I had an issue with this shipper after ordering from you.

Customer service does not reply.

Overall, I like the product . Shipping was a little bit of a challenge. I submitted a delivery change in the morning and requested that I pick it up instead. Although it was acknowledged and said it was processed, I never received an email confirmation. At the end of the day it was delivered.
