EQ3 US (EN)

I ordered two Finn side tables in sand. They are nice, sturdy side tables, but they both arrived with chipped paint on the bases.

Item arrived damaged

Shipping wasn’t free and they left it with the packaging. Customer support was horrible. You’d think the simplest thing like dimensions should be easy to find but I had to call 3 stores to get the info, or customer support takes 4 days to respond because they have to route it to another department. EQ3 is not built for online business.

had this teapot in my wishlist for ages before finally buying. i was going back and forth between the size options and ended up going for the larger. i now wish i hadn’t because the steeper basket doesn’t go low enough into the teapot, making it so i have to make at least a quart of tea just to make sure the leaves are steeped properly. a frustrating and avoidable design flaw.
