I loved the style of the cart but I was disappointed by the construction of the leg. I can tell the overall quality is great, but that one area ruined the look of it for me.

Poor product packaging and description.

Shipping was kind of a "black box" - no estimated time, and scheduling delivery was a bit clunky (I didn't even know someone would call to schedule delivery, so it took a few calls for me to realize it wasn't spam).

I was told it was on sale with small household items. When I went to purchase it was. It included and they said sorry they made a mistake and could not offer any discount. The item is very small and should have been included or the exception made.

Images are not linked to product pages. I have right-clicked "open in new tab" too many times only to be brought to an enlarged image, as opposed to the product page. Also, some furniture product pictures appeared to be renderings, as opposed to real images? I only bought the marble coffee table because I saw it in the showroom in person. Would not have bought it if it were just a randering.
