Shipping fees were exorbitant for a small piece, likely shipping from a warehouse a few miles away. Also my item was missing an installation manual.

Well packaged during delivery. Would be happier if it arrived faster (waited a few weeks).

Customer service was good. Shipping was on time based on estimate.

No really issues just disappointed with the harvest table finish, not what I expected. Have considered putting some kind of finish on it but I hate to go that. I would tara natural patina over time.
