You guys seriously need to improve on both logistics and customer service.
1. You need actually put the mattress inside a box like you showed on your homepage, and not ship them as a bare mattress. My "replacement" got sent back to the shipper by FedEx mid transit while my initial mattress looked like it was dragged across asphalt and mud.
2. When you promise to call back or email within a timeframe given by YOU, do so, even if you don't have an answer yet.
