If you provided the customer email then I really expected someone can at least response. The products that I bought already passed 30 days return time…

We did not find the

We did not find the new style mattress protector to be value for money and requested a return. However despite spending many hours trying to contact Emma via emails, livechat and many hours on the phone on hold I still have not managed to contact Emma. I will sadly now be writing negative reviews until Emma initiate my return, as they have made this process very difficult.

You guys seriously need to

You guys seriously need to improve on both logistics and customer service. 1. You need actually put the mattress inside a box like you showed on your homepage, and not ship them as a bare mattress. My "replacement" got sent back to the shipper by FedEx mid transit while my initial mattress looked like it was dragged across asphalt and mud. 2. When you promise to call back or email within a timeframe given by YOU, do so, even if you don't have an answer yet.
