We received the mattress on a Saturday. It came packaged and in Emma's box. As soon as we opened it, we noticed a stain and I immediately sent photos to the support email.
On Monday, I went to the online chat and they asked me to take a photo of the label stuck under the cover. When I removed the cover, there was no label, but instead a LOT of blood all over the mattress. I immediately took photos and filmed it. They picked up the mattress the following Saturday. My husband and I were extremely disgusted and traumatized by this purchase and this company.
