Just ok

I’m in the process of attempting to return the mattress per their warranty/return policy. So for now I’m giving them a 2 stars because I have to prove it’s an Emma mattress before they’ll move forward. We’ll see how everything works out then the rating may or may not change.

It shipped incredibly quickly. However, at no point was I ever emailed or given a notification that my order was even received, much less shipped. There was zero communication.
