the return process has been slow, difficult, and convoluted. after many emails, the return team asked me to just donate the pillows and they would refund me, but i'm still waiting for my money back.

I haven’t even gotten the bed yet. I’ve been back and forth with your support team who offered no help. At one point they “looked”into my order and said that I ordered the hybrid comfort and that it was out of stock. They then offered to ship me the Hybrid Eltie IMMEDIATELY as an apology. When I pointed out that I ordered the Hybrid Elite not the Hybrid comfort they then said that the Hybrid Elite was out of stock after just the previous day offering to ship it out IMMEDIATELY. So yeah so far a terrible experience.
