I wrote to inquire when your Aspen Eucalyptus Plantation Chair will be available in Espresso. I received an almost immediate email to let me know that my question was received, and while I appreciate the prompt response, I have not heard when the Plantation chair will be available in Espresso! I would really love to be able to have a couple of them around our fire pit. Please give me an ETA!

Ordered a lamp from Houzz that wasn’t tall enough for my shade. Tried to go online to get a return label and it wouldn’t let me print it. Frustrated big time!! Finally called the number on my receipt and had it taken care of. Shouldn’t be so difficult

Your company is out of stock on the size of sheets that I want to have. Why can’t you keep these in stock? It forces me to go elsewhere to get your bamboo and Tencel products.

I purchased a teak outdoor console table from Wayfair & this company manufactured it. I received it last April, so one year ago this month. It was carefully covered by a protective furniture cover last Fall & Winter. We took the cover off this month to find several places with cracks deep in the pieces of wood on top of the table. Also, some of the color has worn off too. Don’t buy a table from this company unless you don’t want to be refunded when you notice multiple defects after just one year. I would have expected them to offer us a replacement table if not a refund. And, they only offer a 90 day warranty which is ridiculous since that’s just 3 months. With outdoor furniture, the piece should to be able to withstand 4 seasons…not just one.

Recently I made a complaint about the quality of a product I purchased, a Highland Dunes Buecker Wooden Buffet & Console Table. I bought it in February 2024 and within three months the finish is showing extreme signs of weathering with the external stain or oil peeling off. With this complaint I only received instructions for care, and no response to the very obvious pour quality of either the wood or the sealant. I returned a reply saying I had no problems with the instructions for care but inquired more about the quality of the material but noted that these instructions and qualifications were not provided on the on the purchasing website. On this further inquiry all I was told was that I should contact Wayfair the purchasing site, but obviously they are not responsible for the poor manufacture. I also noted that all such current products on DTYStore website are deeply discounted by 50% and more. Again no other response then they are overstocked. I am suspicious of that suggestion, but be that as it may be, I am deeply disappointed in not just the product but the cursory manner as to responding to my concerns and questions. I will never purchase a DTY product again.
